  • About the program

    The Bachelor of Arts in Economics program is a comprehensive three-year undergraduate program that imparts students with a profound understanding of the principles of Economics and its multifaceted applications in the contemporary world. The program encompasses a vast spectrum of topics, encompassing micro and macroeconomic theory, econometrics, international economics, public policy, economic history, and environmental economics. The program strengthens the quantitative and analytical skills of the students by training them to use state-of-the-art statistical software E-Views, SPSS, R-studio, and Python. The students are individually cared for and supported by the Economics faculty, who have received their Ph.Ds. from the top institutions in India and abroad. To promote holistic skill development, students are encouraged to take Minor courses in Statistics and Computer Applications.
    The program is furnished with highly interactive classes, which continually challenge students to be involved in their overall development. This helps build communication bridges and explore international opportunities in today's global world. The course aims to provide a supportive and stimulating environment to help students reach their full potential.
