  • Brief Profile

    Dr. Mansha Swami is a Transportation Engineering Professional from India. After Completing her Masters in Technology in Transportation Planning & Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology - SVNIT Surat, Gujarat (India) in Civil Engineering Department. She further pursued her PhD. From Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (I.I.T-Roorkee) in Transportation Engineering (Civil Engineering. Dept.).

    During Masters research her work was on Pavement Materials in collaboration with Central Roads Research Institute Delhi (CRRI- New Delhi). She worked on Stone Matrix Asphalt Mix Design in her research work. During her Masters she also Interned with NHAI & IIT Delhi. In her Doctoral research she studied the Performance evaluation aspect of Multimodal Public Transportation systems. The case study chosen was Delhi Metro for this research.

    Post PhD, She has been working in Academic industry since last few years in reputed universities of India. She has taught UG subjects like Highway Engineering, Railway & Airport Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Advanced Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, Concrete Technology and PG Subjects like Mass Transportation Engineering.

    Current Research interests include Urban Transportation Planning, Multimodal Public Transportation Planning, Non-Motorized Transport & Pedestrian Planning, Road Safety.
