Dr. Surbhi Sachdev brings over two decades of extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She holds a postgraduate degree and a Ph.D. in Atomic and Molecular Physics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
Dr. Sachdev has successfully qualified national-level competitive examinations such as GATE and NET. She was awarded the Junior and Senior Research Fellowships by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi, and subsequently received a CSIR Research Associateship to pursue post-doctoral research. A dedicated researcher, Dr. Sachdev has made significant contributions to the field of physics, with more than 40 publications in reputed international, national journals and conferences.
In addition to her academic and research pursuits, Dr. Sachdev has held various administrative positions at the university, contributing to institutional development and academic governance. She has also organized numerous international and national conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs) at DIT University, fostering a culture of academic excellence and collaboration.
