"A candidate shall have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by the respective State or Central Government authorities, or any equivalent examination recognized by bodies such as the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or the Council of Boards of School Education in India (COBSE), including wings such as IGNOU and NIOS, with English as one of the subjects and with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with either Mathematics or Biology. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. "
