The Teaching Learning Centre at DIT University organized an insightful seminar titled “Skills Employers Seek in Fresher’s & Strategies for Placement Readiness” on 24th April at the Vastu Seminar Hall. Mr. Ajay Shad, Chairman and Founder of Value Education and former President of Windlas Biotech, delivered the seminar. To accommodate the academic schedule and ensure maximum participation, the seminar was conducted in two identical sessions—one before lunch and one after—each lasting approximately two hours.

The Faculty Induction Program was successfully enlightened by the words of Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. G. Raghurama, and other senior leaders of DIT University, in the presence of newly joined faculty members. Prof. G. Raghurama underlined that every student is unique, emphasizing the teacher's responsibility to assist students in discovering and utilizing their potential. He urged academics to embrace a learner's mindset and emphasized the value of lifelong learning. He emphasized how education is changing by contrasting conventional and modern teaching approaches.
