Dr. Hemraj Saini is a Professor in the School of Computing and serves as the Dean of Research & Innovation at DIT University, Dehradun, India. He also holds additional responsibilities as the Dean of Faculty Affairs and Chairperson of the Teaching Learning Center at DIT University. With over 26 years of experience spanning academia, administration, and industry, he has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the University. Prior to his current role, Dr. Saini served as the Dean of Research & Consultancy at DIT University. His research interests include information security, cybersecurity, edge computing, and cloud computing. Dr. Saini has successfully guided eleven (11) PhD scholars to completion and is currently supervising Five (05) more across various esteemed universities in India. He is an active member of several professional and scientific bodies, including IEEE, ACM, and IAENG, and serves as an editor, editorial board member, and reviewer for reputed international journals and conferences published by Springer, ScienceDirect, IEEE, Wiley, IGI Global, and Bentham Science, among others. He is also a regular resource person at workshops and conferences. With more than 180 research publications in national and international journals and conferences, Dr. Saini has made notable contributions to his field. In addition, he has played the General Chair role in organizing prominent conferences, including ICIIP 2015, PDGC 2020, and ISED 2023.
