Filling up Online Admission Application Form

The applicants are advised to visit the online application at https://applications.dituniversity.edu.in/ . The applicant should fill up the online application form to start the enrollment process.

Qualification Document (Transcripts and Certificates) Submission via Email

The Qualification Documents and Academic Certificates supporting the admission to be scanned and sent to the University on the following Email id: [email protected]. If the content in the marks sheet/ transcript is not in English, a Certified English Translated version must also be submitted in addition to the native language Certificate.  In case results have not been declared, the result status should be filled as Result Awaited and appearing certificate shall be scanned and sent to the University along with the Academic Certificates.

Based on the documents provided by the applicant, Admission and Scholarship Eligibility Assessment of the course applied will be done by the International Admission Office of the University. The scholarship will be provided as per the documents submitted by the applicant in line with the scholarship policy of the University.

Issuance of Admission Offer Letter, Acceptance of Offer Letter and Invoice

After receiving the duly filled up Online Application form and successful eligibility assessment of documents submitted by the applicant, the University will issue “Provisional Admission Offer Letter” along with “Acceptance of Offer Letter” (AOL) and Fee Due Receipt.

“Fee Due Receipt” can be used to transfer the Tuition Fee as well as Hostel Fee (if availed) by the applicant.

Transfer of Fee (Tuition/Hostel) along with Signed “Acceptance of Admission Letter” to the University

The applicant shall transfer the Tuition fee (and Hostel Fee if Applicable) to the University Bank account as per details mentioned in the “Provisional Admission Letter", within the stipulated time. The applicant shall send a scanned copy of the "Fee Transfer" proof and "Acceptance of Offer letter" (duly signed) to the University on the following Email id: [email protected] .

The issue of “Acceptance Letter” for Visa Application to the Applicant

After receiving and verifying the “Acceptance of Offer Letter” (AOL), fulfillment of all the conditions as mentioned in the “Admission Offer Letter” and Confirmation of Fee Transfer by the student through e-mail, the university will issue and upload the “Confirmed Admission Letter”. The applicant should apply for the student visa with all the other required documents accompanying his/her Visa Application at the nearest Indian High Commission/ Indian Embassy in the home country. (Not Applicable for Nepalese and Bhutanese students). It generally takes 3-4 weeks to obtain the Indian Visa. Thus, it is advisable to apply for the visa well in advance and consults the Indian High Commission/Embassy in the home country.

Intimation of Arrival and Reporting at the University Campus

The student should intimate about his/her arrival to the University at least 7 days prior to the reporting date mentioned by the University and are expected to reach one day prior to the reporting date.

FRRO and FSIS Processing

  • The FRRO Process is mandatory for all the foreign Nationals (except Nepalese and Bhutanese) studying in India. The FRRO has to be completed within the first 14 days of their arrival in India. The student has to provide the University with a copy of the FRRO Certificate for the records. Beyond 14 days, a penalty of USD30 is levied by the concerned authorities to the student for FRO Registration.   • Bhutanese & Nepalese nationals shall be required to Register Form S under FSIS processing. This is Mandatory for all International students from Nepal and Bhutan.
  • It will be the sole responsibility of the student to provide all his valid National ID, Passport, Visa, Photographs, Affidavit, etc. for FRRO & FSIS Processing.
