Dr. Shruti Batra is working as an Assistant Professor in the Management department (SoLAM). She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Birla institute of Management and technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida. She has published research papers in reputed international journals. Her teaching and research interests lies in Strategic management, SHRM, Entrepreneurship and Rural ventures. She has presented papers in various international conferences held at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow (PAN-IIM world management conference), IIM Mumbai (Strategic management forum) IIM Indore (Indian Academy of Management) and IIT Delhi. Dr. Batra has also attended workshops and FDP programs on leadership and entrepreneurial mindset in IIT Roorkee and IIT Mandi. She has delivered mentoring lectures in different Govt. PG colleges to motivate and guide budding entrepreneurs. She was part of various Bootcamps and EDP’s organised by Ministry of education.
