    DIT University PhD Entrance Test (DUET) and Personal Interview for winter session 2022-23 will be held at DIT University campus on January 07, 2023 (Saturday).

    Counseling Details

    Important Dates:

    • Last Date Submission of Application: January 05, 2023 5:00 PM
    • DIT University Entrance Test (DUET) offline for Non - GATE / Non-UGC-NET / Non-SLET qualified Candidate only: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, January 07, 2023. Syllabus: as per latest GATE/UGC-NET/SLET syllabus and general/quantitative aptitude, reasoning, research methodology.
    • Personal Interview offline: January 07, 2023, 2 PM onwards
    • Candidates with valid GATE/UGC-NET/SLET score will not have to appear for DUET, and they will be invited straight for the interview after scrutiny of the submitted applications.
    • Declaration of Result : January 13, 2023

    For selected candidates

    • *Last Date for Full Admission Fee Submission: January 25, 2023 (Wednesday)
      *failing which candidature will stand cancelled.
    • Reporting at Dean RnC Office, and onboarding at Registrar Office: January 27, 2023 (Friday)
    • Last date to complete the interaction among faculty members and students to decide the domain of research and Supervisor allocation:: January 31, 2023 (Tuesday)
    • RAC formation, and course work allocation : February 06, 2023 (Monday)
    • Course work mapping in academia portal: February 09, 2023 (Thursday)
    • Classes commence: February 10, 2023 (Friday)

    Note:

    • Regarding Stipend, DIT University Central Policy will be applicable (Subject to Availability).
    • The semester fee will be deposited through Academia portal, Admission id will be provided in the Admission Offer Letter

     

    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

    All Registered Candidates are requested to upload the below documents in the Admission Portal:

    • Class X Marksheet & Certificate.
    • Class XII Marksheet & Certificate (In Relevant Stream)
    • Identity Proof issued by the Government (Preferably Aadhar Card)
    • Graduation marksheet & certificate (in relevant stream and subject)
    • Masters degree certificate and marksheet in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks overall. (mandatory)
    • Migration, Character & Transfer certificate issued by the last institution attended by the student.
