DIT University Entrance Test (DUET) offline for Non-GATE / Non-UGC-NET / Non-SLET qualified candidates only:
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, January 10, 2026 (Saturday)
Reporting Time: 9:00 AM
Syllabus: As per latest GATE / UGC-NET / SLET syllabus and general/quantitative aptitude, reasoning, research methodology.
Personal Interview (Offline): January 10, 2026 (Saturday), 2 PM onwards
Note: Candidates with valid GATE / UGC-NET / SLET scores are exempted from DUET and will appear directly for the Personal Interview.
Declaration of Result and Communication:
For Payment of Partial Admission Fee: January 16, 2026 (Friday)
For selected candidates
Offer Letter to Selected Candidates: January 20, 2026 (Tuesday)
(After payment of partial admission fee)
Last Date for Remaining Admission Fee Deposit: January 24, 2026 (Saturday)
(Failing which, candidature will stand cancelled)
Physical Reporting at Admissions Office with all Original Documents: January 27, 2026 (Tuesday)
(Following document verification, admitted students are required to report to the HOD of the respective departments)
Course Work Mapping: January 30, 2026 (Friday)
Classes Commence: February 02, 2026 (Monday)
Note:
Meritorious and deserving students will be paid stipend as per DITU norms; those students will be required to spend about 8 to 10 hours per week for supporting academic activities of the university.
