Emerging research areas are continuously identified, and interdisciplinary as well as collaborative projects are effectively coordinated. Dr. Hemraj Saini is a Professor in the School of Computing and the Dean of Faculty Affairs at DIT University, Dehradun, India. With over 25 years of experience in academia, administration, and industry, he has made significant contributions to the university’s growth. Before his current role, Dr. Saini served as the Dean of Research & Consultancy at DIT University. His research interests include information security, cybersecurity, edge computing, and cloud computing. Dr. Saini has successfully guided nine Ph.D. scholars to completion and is currently supervising six more at various esteemed universities across India. An active member of several professional and scientific associations, including IEEE, ACM, and IAENG, Dr. Saini holds key roles such as editor, editorial board member, and reviewer for prestigious international journals and conferences (Springer, ScienceDirect, IEEE, Wiley, IGI Global, Bentham Science, etc.). He is also a regular resource person at workshops and conferences. With over 170 published research papers in national and international journals and conferences, Dr. Saini has played a vital role in advancing his field. Additionally, he has organized multiple renowned conferences, including ICIIP, PDGC, and ISED.
