He is presently serving as Asst. Professor (Environmental Science & Engg.), DIT University, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) India. He has been teaching the courses related to ecology and environmental sciences since 12 years. He obtained his Doctorate and Masters from Department of Environmental Science & Engg., G. J. University of Science and Technology, Hisar (India). He published a large number of research papers in national and international journals and presented research articles in many conferences. He also organized conferences and workshops related to environmental sciences and edited the abstract books for the same. He is also reviewer of many international journals. One Book in LAP- Academic Publishing, Latvia (European Union) and two book chapters in Springer-nature books are also in his credit. His current research areas include air pollution monitoring & mitigation and water quality index. He is also principal investigator of one research project on Rispana river watershed evaluation (UCOST-DST sponsored). He has been awarded for research excellence & community service.
