Dr. Subhojit Roy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil. Dr. Roy received his PhD from IIT Bhubaneswar in 2022. Prior to that, he completed his B. Tech from Bengal Engineering and Science University (BESU), Shibpur and M. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bhubaneswar. Dr. Roy’s research interest comprises of multiple areas of Traffic and Transportation Engineering, including micro-aspects such as non-motorized traffic infrastructure, economic and financial evaluation of infrastructure systems, application of statistical techniques and Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods in transport-related data analysis, choice-based modelling, Revealed and Stated Preference (RP and SP) datasets, probabilistic modelling, and Traffic Safety, etc.
