Santwana Mani joined the Department of Humanities and Liberal Arts as an Assistant Professor in July 2024. Holding a PhD in Psychology from Amity University, Noida and her academic journey is marked by a NCERT Doctoral Fellowship, underscoring her commitment to excellence. Her expertise in quantitative research, psychological assessment, and proficiency with tools like IBM SPSS and Smart PLS further bolsters her academic credentials. Santwana's professional development includes certifications from esteemed institutions, such as Emory University and the American Psychological Association, in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Additionally, her training in MiCBT from the MiCBT Institute, Australia, and her participation in Vipassana meditation courses, highlight her commitment to holistic well-being and mindfulness practices. She has contributed to the field through numerous research publications on topics like emotion regulation, cultural diversity, and mindfulness, published in reputable journals. Moreover, her extracurricular achievements, including medals in Wushu and handball, and active participation in essay competitions and college fests, illustrate a well-rounded personality dedicated to excellence in various domains.
