Dr. Sanjeev Saini joined the Department of Chemistry as Assistant Professor in August 2022. He received his B.Sc. degree from Kurukshetra University, M.Sc. degree from MMDU (Mullana) and Ph.D. from IIT Ropar, India. He qualified national level exams like CSIR-UGC NET/JRF (AIR101) and GATE as well. His current area of research is the functionalization of small peptide molecules and their applications in catalysis and sensing. He has attended many international conferences and delivered national webinar. He was also awarded with UGC- NET JRF/SRF fellowship for five years during his Ph.D. degree.
