Dr. Sandeep Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the School of Liberal Arts and Management. He is a Postgraduate degree in Linguistics from Banaras Hindu University. Dr.Sandeep received his Ph.D. in Linguistics from IIT Patna on the concept of sarcastic metaphorical expression. His interest centers upon cognitive theoretical studies of language, culture and cognition. He is also interested in cognitive and computational study of figurative language and its conceptualization. He has published research works in Acta Linguistica Asiatica, Issues of Cognitive linguistics and Lincom Europa, Germany. He has presented his research paper in Hong Kong and Portugal.
