    Dr Pankaj Kumar is working as Assistant Professor (HR/OB) in the School of Liberal Arts & Management, Department of Management Studies, DIT University, Dehradun, since July 2018. He received his PhD from Goa Business School, Goa University, Goa (India) in the area of Performance Management System of Small and Medium Manufacturing sector. He also qualified UGC-JRF & NET for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2011 and National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in 2009. He has gained various certification courses from various platforms such as Edx, Coursera, Microsoft and NPTEL. His research involves several dimensions in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management, Stress Management, Organizational Development, Change Management and Workplace spirituality. He has published several research papers in UGC listed and Scopus indexed journals repute. He has presented his research work at national and international conferences such as IIMs, IITs, Goa University, MDI and BHU etc. He has a good command of research tools of social sciences such as SPSS, PROCESS macro, SMART PLS, R language etc. Apart from that, he has developed Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) at the UDEMY platform. Therefore, he has a good command of software such as renderforest, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) etc. He has taught various courses such as Organization Behaviour, HR analytics, People Management, Production & operation Management, Organizational Development & Change Management, Talent Management, Labour laws and Industrial Relations.
