Ms.Karuna Evangeline Prakash is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies. Ms.Karuna has done her PhD from DIT University. She has also done her MBA from DIT University and BBA from HNB Garhwal University.
Ms.Karuna’s interests focus around organizational behaviour/psychology (psychological contracts, expectations), generational studies (millennials and gen-z), people management and general management. She has attended various workshops and FDP’s and has also presented papers in International conferences which are published in the proceedings of ICRBS2017 and ICSDSIB2019. She has contributed to research and has published three papers in SCOPUS listed International journals
