Optical and Electronic Properties of Metal Oxide Semiconductor Nanomaterials
Dr. Gurjinder Singh joined the Department of Electrical and Electronics & Communication Engineering as an Associate Professor in July 2023. Dr. Singh received his Ph.D. in E.C.E. from Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, M.Tech. in Instrumentation from Panjab University Chandigarh and B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Amravati University, Amravati. He has 19 years of experience in teaching, research and industry. Dr. Singh has research area in the field of synthesis, characterization and optical & electronic properties of metal oxide semiconductor nanomaterials. His research work highlights the synthesis of metal oxide semiconductor nanomaterials through chemical and green synthesis methods. He has published research articles having Photocatalytic applications of nanomaterials. His current research work relates to the properties of metal oxide semiconductor nanomaterials i.e. light absorption, photocatalytic, photoluminescence and electrical resistivity for optoelectronic devices.
