  • Brief Profile

    Dr. Arvind Singh Rawat joined School of Computing, DIT University in July 2023. He received Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from University of Science Malaysia in 2023. He was associated as Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) in University of Science Malaysia from 2020 to 2023. He has been recipient of RUI & FRGS research fellowships granted by Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. He is highly focused on Analog/Mixed-signal IC design, CMOS Power Amplifiers, CMOS Planar Spiral Inductors, and various analog & digital circuits design. He has designed and tape-out various Analog & Digital ICs including CMOS Power Amplifiers & Planar Inductors in SilTerra 180nm and 130nm & TSMC 65nm CMOS Processes for the IoT, Long-Range & 5G-NR applications. He has been associated as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun from 2013 to 2022. He received Master of Technology (M. Tech) with Honors in VLSI Design from the Faculty of Technology, Uttarakhand Technical University, Uttarakhand, India in 2013 and Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) from University Science Instrumentation Center (USIC), HNB Garhwal University (Central University), Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India, in 2009. Dr. Arvind Singh Rawat is active Senior Member of IEEE, USA. He has published more than 20+ research articles in refereed & high quality reputed journals including IEEE Transactions & other Q1/Q2 ranking journals/conference proceedings in the field of Analog RFIC Design, CMOS Planar Inductors, VLSI Design, and Microelectronics and Artificial Neural Networks.
