    Dr. Arvind Singh Rawat is Senior Member of IEEE. He joined School of Computing, DIT University in July 2023. He received Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from the University of Science Malaysia in 2023, M. Tech (Hons.) in VLSI Design from the Faculty of Technology, Uttarakhand Technical University, India in 2013, and B. Tech from the University Science Instrumentation Center (USIC), HNB Garhwal University (Central University), Srinagar Garhwal, India in 2009.

    Dr. Rawat is highly focused on Analog/Mixed-signal IC design, VLSI Design, CMOS technology, RF Integrated Circuits, AI-Chips, and Microelectronics. His work has been published in reputed conferences and journals including IEEE Transactions.

    Prior to joining DIT University, he worked as Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at the University of Science Malaysia from 2020 to 2023. He has been a recipient of RUI & FRGS research fellowships granted by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia. He has been Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun from 2013 to 2022. He also served as Lecturer at the Schools of Engineering & Technology, HNB Garhwal University Srinagar Garhwal from 2009 to 2011.
