Dr Priyanka K. holds an MA, M.Phil., PhD in English Literature, along with a B.Ed., and has qualified JKSET and NTA NET alongside extensive publication records including research papers in esteemed peer-reviewed journals and UGC-CARE-listed journals, making significant contributions to the fields of critical theory and social equity in English literature.
Dr Priyanka’s academic inquiries delve into the nuanced power configurations within literature and society, particularly through the lenses of postcolonial studies, feminist theory, and Dalit literature. Though she demurs from positing unequivocal expertise, Dr Priyanka is deeply investing in feminist theory, investigating how gender and sexuality intersect with power dynamics. Dr Priyanka’s interdisciplinary approach draws from critical theory to interrogate and challenge the status quo, promoting social justice and highlighting marginalized voices, thereby positioning literature as a vehicle for social change.
