DIT University March 11, 2022- The World Health Organization (WHO) declares the COVID-19 outbreak a global pandemic. Mankind regrettably fell victim to the horrors brought upon the entire race, by the virus. However, it enabled us to reach, rather significant conclusions; foremost of all, the realization was that the health sector was unready to deal with the outbreak. All eyes were directed toward the Pharmaceutical industry, in hope of a vaccine. Although, despite all impediments, a vaccination was engineered.
Now that people have realized the significance and value of our health sector, more individuals are encouraged to pursue a career in the domain. In fact, the Pharmaceutical industry now seems like a preferred choice among scholars, who have been in pursuit of a rewarding career.
One of the reasons why Pharmacy is a good career option is because of the mold-ability that is prevalent in the sector. The healthcare domain, as described by its professionals is extensive, but is extremely accommodating and open-ended. Professionals often switch between different disciplines, like Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapy, Virology, Immunology, et cetera. The job and importance of a Pharmacist in today’s world can barely be questioned.
