    Mr. Aditya Raj Sharma joined the School of Design at DIT University as an Assistant Professor in July 2025. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an M.Des, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Design, focusing on ergonomic design, cognitive workload, and user performance in high-demand environments. Previously, he served as a Teaching cum Research Assistant at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur (2019–2024), where he taught Applied Ergonomics, Visual Ergonomics, Cognitive Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, and Design Research Methods to B.Des and M.Des students. He also served as an Assistant Professor at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Bhopal, teaching Typography, Visual Language, Print Design, Applied and Visual Ergonomics, and Design Research Methods, emphasizing practical learning and critical thinking. His research interests include cognitive ergonomics, neuro-ergonomics, visual ergonomics, and human-computer interaction, aiming to develop user-centric, evidence-based design interventions that enhance well-being and performance.
