    He is a Ph. D (Pharmacy) from Faculty of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. As he thrives to accelerate easy Teaching-Learning process for his mentees, his M. Pharm from University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh helps him bring huge excitement in each of his lectures.

    With an overall professional experience of 40 years, he proudly owns the publishing of more than 40 research papers in various journals of National and International repute. Dr. Gupta has guided 50 projects for B. Pharm, M. Pharm. and Ph.D.

    His array of innovative ideas clearly depicts his experience of having worked as Professor and Director of Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut. He has worked as visiting Professor in School of Medical & Allied Sciences at K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. Dr. Gupta has served reputed Pharmaceutical Industry for about 10 years and has good hand on experience of formulation & development of various dosage forms like tablets, capsules, liquid -orals, aerosols etc. and is approved as Qualified Person in Injectable from FDA, Gujarat. His research areas of concern are Synthetic Analogues and Evaluation of their Biological Activity, Chemistry of Natural Drug Products. His research area also includes formulation and development of Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS). He has been a member of a number of management and policy boards including Board of Studies both as internal as well as external expert, and Academic council in various universities. He is also a member of various professional bodies.
