    Mohammed Nazish Quasmi joined the School of Pharmacy and Population Health as an Assistant Professor in August 2026. Nazish has submitted his PhD thesis in Department of Pharmaceutical Sciecnes, Central University of Haryana, Haryana and has recived his M.Pharmacy in Pharmacology from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi and B.Pharmacy from Shoolini University. He is UGC-NET qualified in Social Medicine and Community Health in 2022 and GPAT qualified in 2020. Nazish’s interests center upon Environmental toxicology, Molecular Pharmacology, Neuroharmacology and Nephrotoxicity. He has been awarded with Best poster presentation award in a 2 days International Conference on “Communication and Dissemination of Traditional Knowledge” organized by CSIR-NIScPR & Gurugram University and Best oral presentation award in a 2 days International Conference on “The Evolving Healthcare Landscape” organized by Shiva Institute of Pharmacy, Bilaspur, H.P. Nazish has published over 15 research and review papers in international journals and has peer reviewed research articles for journals like Phytomedicine, Elsevier.
