    Ms. Manju Sharma, currently serving as a Nursing Tutor at DIT College of Nursing, specializes in Mental Health Nursing. She holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Mental Health Nursing) degrees from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana, where she secured second position in the university and received a Certificate of Merit in August 2021. With a passion for teaching and holistic care, she actively mentors students in psychiatric nursing, therapeutic practices, and experiential learning. She has also worked on an international mental health training project, training Indian nurses for overseas roles, and contributed to curriculum design and simulation-friendly content development for Indian nurses. She has guided undergraduate research and presented her abstract, “Virtual Psychosocial Programme on Psychological Well-Being and Self-Satisfaction among Undergraduate Nursing Students”, at the 37th North Zone Conference of the Indian Pharmacological Society in 2023, published in IJPSR – Conference Proceedings (Abstract No.: OP34). She remains engaged in national conferences and workshops, dedicated to academic innovation and nurturing future nurses with both knowledge and compassion.
