    Diksha Thakur is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing, bringing over six years of experience in teaching, clinical instruction, and academic development. She holds an M.Sc. in Nursing with a specialization in Cardiothoracic Nursing, and completed her undergraduate and postgraduate education from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, which laid a strong foundation for her clinical expertise and academic excellence.

    Her professional interests lie in cardiothoracic nursing, clinical nursing education, community health nursing, and simulation-based learning. She is deeply committed to strengthening students’ clinical judgment and practical skills through innovative and learner-centered teaching approaches, including high-fidelity simulation and skill-based training.

    Diksha Thakur has made notable contributions to nursing research, with publications indexed in Web of Science, UGC-recognized journals, and ResearchGate. Her academic engagement is complemented by her active role in organizing and coordinating workshops and conferences, including prestigious national platforms such as NATCON and NRSI.

    She has also conducted multiple Basic Life Support (BLS) training sessions, emphasizing emergency preparedness and lifesaving competencies among students and healthcare professionals. Her participation in international conferences, including SIMCON, reflects her dedication to global academic exposure and continuous professional advancement.
