The staff development program aimed at enabling staff to gain satisfaction from work and to develop individual careers through enhanced qualifications. Keep this goal in mind, CDC (Career Development Cell) – DIT University conducted a week’s training for non-academic staff. Job specific modules were designed for the DITU staff for example: Security Staff + Drivers/Conductors: Behavioral Skills, Soft Skills .Library Staff: Behavioral Skills, Soft Skills, Advance office and Email Etiquette. Accounts + Registrar: Email Etiquette, Interpersonal Skills, Team Building, Behavioral Skills, Office Etiquette, Grooming, SAP. In total about 124 staff members went through the training in different batches The shortcomings were addressed and supported with an organized and structured training and development program by key trainer Mr. Gaurav Misra- Manager, CDC.
