· Ensure that the facilities are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
· Responsible for Housekeeping Management, Student Mess, Cafeteria, Facility Management, Transportation and Electronic Security Management.
· Responsible for Access Control, CCTV, Firefighting System management, Employee Transportation, Canteen, Stationary, Housekeeping, Front offices, Travel.
· Manage all Internal and External events.
· Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
· Maintenance, Cleaning, health and safety, security; utilities and space management.
· Vendor Management - Contract Management, Service Management,
· Vendor Evaluation & all other Admin and facilities related work.
