- Having about 8-10 years site experience of RCC framed structure and taste of finishing.
· Good understanding of drawings and having working hand on Auto cad for understanding drawings, calculating dimensions and areas.
· Strong eye towards quality parameters and quality control in execution at site.
· Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
· Ability to understand the brief and fast grasping about deliverability.
· Zeal to have knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
· Keen to be involved from start to finish for full life cycle in a project.
· To estimate quantities and preparation of measurement books.
· Commitment of safe deliveries in time with set quality project specifications.
· Awareness about budgets, cost control and timelines.
· to keep a tab on specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
· To keep records, maintain documentation and to prepare reports on project status for management above.
