    Policy for granting Conditional Admission Offer in various courses

    1) In addition to the prevailing admission policy of DIT University, it would be prudent to regulate admission for the year 2023-24 as per the following considerations:

    UNDER GRADUATE COURSES

    NAME OF COURSE DURATION(IN YEARS) ELIGIBILITY FOR CONDITIONAL ADMISSION OFFER
    BA (Hons.)

    3 Years

    Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2023.
    B.Design(User Experience)/B.Design(Interior Design)/B.Design(Visual Graphics and Animation)

    4 Years

    Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2023.
    BSc. (Hons.)

    3 Years

    Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM/PCB in 2023.
    BCA

    3 Years

    Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2023 All stream in XII with Math as mandatory subject.
    B.Architecture

    5 Years

    Min 50% marks in X standard. PME is mandatory in XII Standard. With Valid NATA Score card.(As per Council of Architecture Guidelines)

    B.Tech (CE/EE/ECE/ME/PE/IT)

    4 Years

    Min 60% marks in X Standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM in 2023.

    BTech(CSE)

    4 Years

    Min 70% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM in 2023.
    B.Pharmacy 4 Years Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in Science with PCM/ PCB and English as compulsory subject.
    B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) 3 Years A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
    B.Tech (Lateral Entry) 3 Years Min 50% aggregate till pre final semester of Diploma / B.Sc.

    POST GRADUATE COURSES

    NAME OF COURSE DURATION(IN YEARS) ELIGIBILITY FOR CONDITIONAL ADMISSION OFFER
    M.DESIGN/MPLAN/MSC/MA

    2 Years

    Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of Graduation (All stream).
    M.Pharmacy 2 Years Students studying in the 8th Semester of B. Pharmacy in any Indian University/ Affiliated Institution. Preference is to be given to those who are having no back papers
    MBA

    2 Years

    Minimum 50% aggregate till pre-final semester of Graduation(All stream).GD-PI is mandatory before final confirmation of admission.
    M.TECH- EE with specialization in Power System/CE with specialization in Structural Engineering 2 Years Minimum 55% aggregate till pre final semester of BTECH.
    MCA 2 Years Minimum 50% aggregate till pre final semester of BCA or B.Sc IT.

    Note: For M.Tech CSE entrance examination will conducted by DIT University as per the schedule date.

    2) 2) The process for conditional offer for admissions is as below:

    • Step 1: Apply Online at https://applications.dituniversity.edu.in/
    • Step 2: Pay Registration Fee of INR 1250 (Non Refundable)
    • Step 3: Send a formal request for Conditional Admission Offer through email at [email protected] . All the valid documents to be attached with mail
    • Step 4: If Conditional offer is approved the candidate shall deposit Admission Fee of INR 15000(Rs fifteen thousand only) through net banking/credit card/debit card/DD
    • Step 5: Issuance of Conditional Offer Letter.

    3) The refund policy for conditional offer for admissions is as below:

    • INR 1000 shall be deducted against admission/counseling fee if applicant did not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or wishes to withdraw admission on/before 30th May 2023.
    • Last date to withdraw Conditional Offer is 30th May 2023.
    • No refund shall be processed after 30th May 2023.
    • The above policy will be valid for the academic year 2023-24 only.
    • The above mentioned eligibility is applicable only for those students who are appearing in 12th class/diploma/graduation examination in the year 2023 and the students who are already passed out with valid mark sheet.
