Fee Payment

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEPOSITING FEE:

"Dear Student/Parent, Never ever share your Bank Details, Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV, PIN, OTP, Passwords with anyone. This can be misused. DIT University and its Staff and Associates never ask for such details. Please be aware of any Fraudulent Activity."

All the students are required to deposit their fee online through Academia Student Portal (Fee Payment Tab) option available on DIT University’s website “dituniversity.edu.in” by using the login credentials provided to them.

Existing students are required to deposit their fee within the stipulated time as mentioned below.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS:

A. STUDENT ACADEMIA PORTAL (FEE PAYMENT TAB)

  • Fee can be paid through UPI/Debit/Credit cards or Net banking. The fee payment through this mode will be subject to Convenience Charge as mentioned on Payment Page.
  • After successful payment of fee, Student/Guardian will get an online receipt for the same. Students/Guardians are advised to take print of the online receipt and keep it safely for any future reference.
  • Please note that all the online payments will be subject to realization. Actual credit of successful transaction of fee paid to student’s account may take 1/2 working day/s.

B. PAYMENT THROUGH RTGS/NEFT/IMPS

RRTGS/NEFT/IMPS details for fee payment in Axis Bank account are below:

Bank Account No.   :     Please Note that the Bank Account No. of every student is unique combination of 14 digits.
      First 4 digits are bank ID i.e. 0561 and next 10 digits are student’s ACADEMIA ID.
      For example: If ACADEMIA ID of the student is 10000XXXXX, then for him/her, the Bank Account number will be 056110000XXXXX.

Students are advised to deposit the fee ONLY in his/her account as per the combination mentioned above. Payments made to any other account by RTGS/NEFT will not be considered as payments made.

The above bank account details are ONLY for payment through NEFT/RTGS. No other mode for payment (Online/ offline i.e by way of Direct deposit of Cheque / Cash / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Electronic Transfer using E-Wallet / UPI etc.) should be used for making the payment for any type of fee / charges.

This payment mode is NOT a Real Time Fee Payment Process, hence updation of fee paid to student ACADEMIA account may take 2-3 bank working days to get updated in student ACADEMIA account.

Please mention Student Mobile No in remarks column of the transaction, if field is available.

C. ON THE UNIVERSITY COUNTER

No cash will be accepted. Fee can be deposited at University Counter through Demand Draft or Pay Order issued in favour of "DIT University", payable at Dehradun, subject to realization. In case, the fee is deposited through demand draft / pay order, the actual credit of fee to student’s account may take 3 to 4 working days.

Fee Due Dates & Late Fee Rules

We advise all the students to comply with the below mentioned schedule to avoid paying fine

**Due date for new admissions for 1st instalment shall be as per the admission letter issued to them.
^Late fee shall be charged @ INR 50 per day for delay beyond due date mentioned above up to date of actual payment of dues as reflecting in students ledger.

MOST IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Students who fail to deposit their fee up to the date of reporting as per dates notified by the University, will have to pay a late fee.
  • Student who fails to deposit their fee even up to the last due date, as notified above, would be de-registered from the course. The re-admission is subject to approval by the Competent authority and regulations of the University.
  • A Student will be allowed for Semester Registration only after clearing all dues including hostel fee, late fee, Late Course Registration Fee of Rs. 2,500/- etc. pending in his/her account on the date of Registration.
  • The aforementioned policy is applicable even if partial dues are outstanding.
