  • About Program

    The Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences program at DIT University is offering both regular and part time basis. DIT University provides a rigorous background in a range of scientific disciplines that are critical to the preparation of the next generation academicians and scientists in pharmaceutical sciences. Areas of research includes drug development, natural product isolation, characterization, organic synthesis, chemical biology, rational drug design, pharmacology, toxicology, cellular differentiation, development and disease. Drug delivery/ development emphasize principles in physical chemistry, biomaterials, drug transport, aiming for advances in formulation, drug targeting, bimodal and multimodal therapy. Delivery research includes the solid state chemistry of drugs, nano-pharmacy, biocompatibility, molecular recognition, computational chemistry and pharmacokinetics.

Eligibility

1. Passed Post Graduation in respective discipline of study with 55% marks or 6 CGPA on scale of 10
2. NET/GATE/SRF qualified students shall be preferred.
