On 2nd March,2016 Physics Department, DIT University proudly hosted the workshop on “Popularization of Science” organized on the occasion of the National Science Day.
The event was graced by eminent people like Mr. R.S. Meena, A.D.G. Law and Order, U.K. Police(Chief Guest), Prof. Dhirendra Sharma, Center for Science Policy Dehradun, Prof. Vijay Kumar, Center for Informatics, School of Natural Sciences, Shivnadar University, Greater Noida, Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Director Academic Administration, DIT University and deans and HODs and faculty members of various departments. Talks on Life of Scientist Sage- Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Nano Science and Nano Technology were delivered by the esteemed guests. The celebration ended with a quiz and debate competition for students followed by prize distribution by Director Academic Administration, DIT University.
