• Documents needed for processing the application

    1. Application form with photograph
    2. 10th Standard transcript of marks (‘O’ Level mark sheet)
    3. 12th Standard transcript of marks (‘A’ Level mark sheet)
    4. Graduation mark sheets (All semesters) and passing/degree certificate (for PG admissions)
    5. Attested photocopy of valid Passport & Visa
  • If the candidate is found eligible for admission by the Admissions Screening Committee (which includes Vice chancellor/ Pro Vice Chancellor & Dean international) she/he will receive the Provisional Admission Letter from the Admissions office. With this Provisional admission letter ,the student can apply to the Indian embassy in her/his home country, for a Student Visa.

    The student is required to deposit the one time Admission Fee of USD 1000 on receipt of this Provisional Admission Letter to confirm his/her acceptance of the admission.

Registration with FRRO

  • All international students are required by law to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) / local police authorities as per regulation of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. At present, this must be within 14 days of arrival in India but please check this information with your Consulate /Embassy /High Commission before departure as these rules are subject to change.

    Students must comply with visa rules and registration requirements and keep abreast of any changes. Accordingly, students are responsible for ensuring that their visas are valid throughout the period of study at DITU and to maintain their registration with the FRRO/local police.

    Students can request assistance from DITU for preliminary registration formalities in Dehradun.

  • Completion of Admission

    The original documents have to be submitted for verification at the International Office along with the AIU equivalence certificate and medical certificate.

    The student is required to report a week before the commencement of the program to complete all admission formalities and for the orientation program. Once your travel plans are made email us your flight details and arrival date and time. Contact us by email or phone to confirm we have received your arrival information.
